We have the CAD drawings of the entire layout, and know what brand and model fixtures you have. Before coming out to your home, our service technician will contact you and walk through the plumbing issue with you. Then they’ll arrive at your home with the proper replacement parts already in stock on their truck.

In order to provide you with the best solutions for your needs, our management team tracks and analyzes a great deal of data every week. One of the things we look at is the details of all of our service calls, including what products were involved. Because we only service the homes that we helped build, we are able to compare this failure data to data about what was originally installed across thousands of Southern California homes, to see which products have the lowest failure rates over time.

When we recommend the highest quality products for you, our recommendation is based on this low-failure-rate data.

Using the Latest Technology to Speed Up Service Calls

Because our customer service vehicles are outfitted with the latest technology, we can perform the services you need, when you need them, to allow you to get back to your life. For example:

 

  • Video inspection cameras are used to inspect the inside of plumbing drain and sewage pipes. These cameras give your technician the ability to see and record breakages, blockages, and drain pipe grade issues. Combined with a locator, this enables your technician to accurately identify a problem quickly and efficiently.
  • Electronic leak detection is used to accurately locate where water is leaking from, whether it is a pressurized pipe or fitting. Between this system and our CAD drawings of your home’s plumbing system, we can accurately locate and fix slab leaks, pinhole leaks and nail holes using the least intrusive technique possible.
  • Vehicle tracking GPS devices are used to track the location of your service technician, so that you are provided with an accurate arrival time. The result: greater schedule flexibility for you.
